GCAMP, the Greater Chicago Advanced Manufacturing Partnership, is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Valley Industrial Association (VIA). GCAMP fills the manufacturing education gap by introducing Chicago area middle and high school students to the world of manufacturing. We believe students cannot dream what they cannot see, so we provide educational outreach to expand students' perception and understanding of manufacturing. Through our work we hope to introduce students to long-term fulfilling career pathways, and we aim to support manufacturers, small and large, who are struggling with workforce development challenges.
