Meet Laura: Our Summer Marketing Intern!

My name is Laura Hill, and I am so excited to be joining the team as a summer Marketing Intern at Custom Direct. I will be a senior this fall at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am completing my major in General Management with a Spanish minor, and I have become increasingly interested in the marketing world.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be exposed to hands-on, educational experiences here at Custom Direct. I look forward to learning firsthand by working alongside such an intelligent group of marketing experts, and I hope to use this experience to further explore my post-graduate career.

If you were to take an inside look into my personal life, you would probably take note of my love for animals. With two dogs, a bearded dragon, and a turtle at my house currently, it is safe to say I come from a pet-friendly home.

I grew up in Lake Zurich, Illinois, but I also spend a lot of time further north in Fontana, Wisconsin with my family on Lake Geneva during the summers. As much as I love going out on the boat, however, I’m notorious for listening to Christmas music year round and being the only one excited for a snowfall.
