OVERVIEW
Rite at Home Healthcare was an independent direct marketer and a licensee of the Sears Home Health and Wellness catalog, marketing an array of products and services, including discreet delivery and automatic shipping, to the nation’s growing elderly population and their caregivers.

CHALLENGE
Rite at Home and Sears were faced with rising postage and printing costs on a mail volume of more than 1.5 million in an increasingly competitive environment.

The entire catalog, from merchandising to photo, layout to delivery, needed an overhaul. Correspondingly, all product images and descriptions needed to be maintained and updated on the Sears.com website.

SOLUTION
Our design and marketing team redesigned the now 68-page direct mail catalog, researching the competition and manufacturer’s specifications to create an easy method for the consumer to compare options and make buying decisions based on their own specific needs and price points.

We delivered a more useful tool with a focus on the benefits of the product line, while making it easier for elderly customers to find the products they need and place an order.
