OVERVIEW
Lisa Sallwasser from LS + Team was hired by The Ridge Tool Company [RIDGID] to create a new brand – a fundamental re-thinking of the 89-year old company’s message to customers, partners, employees and shareholders. Lisa’s work successfully created a shift in thinking from ‘We Build Tools’ to ‘We Build Reputations’, exemplified by the global firm’s commitment to dedicated professionals of the expert trades:

“The RIDGID brand is a promise to our customers which we continue to honor every day. When selecting the tools on which to stake your reputation, know that professionals choose the market leader. The difference is distinct. The difference is RIDGID. We Build Reputations.”

CHALLENGE
Having successfully created the new branding for RIDGID, Lisa needed a team to quickly produce and deploy materials for an annual “Reputation Roadshow”. The Roadshow required coordination of a wide variety of new messaging in multiple media: out-of-home [vehicle/trade show], print collateral, digital and social media.

SOLUTION
Our creative and production team worked seamlessly with Lisa and the RIDGID brand team to deliver for the 2009 Roadshow – and have been doing the same since then, expanding the Road Show and accompanying materials in 2010 for the European marketplace.
